Painting Glossary
The value of a home falls every year
Even if you can't tell from the outside, the durability of exterior wall paint will definitely decrease. No exterior wall can be left as is for decades without any problems. The role of paint is not simply to make the exterior look beautiful, but to protect the exterior wall from external stimuli such as the air, rain, and wind. It protects the house 365 days a year without rest. Naturally, the paint will peel off little by little, and the waterproofing effect will decrease, causing leaks, internal corrosion, and having a major impact on the function and structure of the house.
