FAQ
Frequently Asked QuestionsMany people are anxious about construction work for the first time.
Here are answers to some of the most common questions from customers.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns other than those listed below.
About the cost
Q. Should I tell you the cost during the consultation?
If you let us know your rough budget, we can make specific proposals and give you a clear idea of what you want to achieve.
Q. How much does it cost?
Basically, the cost of renovation is "material cost" + "construction cost". We will propose various plans according to your budget, so please feel free to contact us.
Q. Is the estimate free?
Consultations and rough estimates are free of charge. We will ask you about your wishes and current problems, and provide you with accurate advice and an estimate.
About plans and requests
Q. How long does it take to repaint?
Generally speaking, the expected life span is 10 years. The life span varies depending on the type of paint, but we recommend that you carry out maintenance as early as possible.
Q. How do I check the exterior walls?
There are various signs of deterioration. If you notice fine cracks, peeling, stains, or the appearance of moss on the surface of the exterior wall, maintenance is recommended. Also, the appearance of white powder on the surface of the exterior wall is evidence that the waterproofing of the wall has decreased.
Q. Is there any paint you would recommend?
We offer a wide range of exterior paints with different functions to help you choose the paint that is best suited to your home.
Q. I'm worried about the cracks in the exterior walls.
Cracks with a width of 0.3 mm or less are called hair cracks. These can generally be repaired with a primer, but cracks larger than that may cause leaks, so we will repair them and then paint them.
Although you can't see it, walls also expand and contract repeatedly. Prevent cracks caused by aging before they get too big.
Q. I want to keep the current exterior wall pattern...

Q. Can I cancel the contract (cooling off period)? What happens before and during construction?
The cooling off period allows you to cancel the contract within eight days of signing the contract. If you cancel within those eight days, you can do so even if construction has already started.
About the construction
Q. How many days will it take to install the walls and roof?
For painting work, the estimated time is 2 to 3 weeks. For painting exterior walls and re-roofing, it takes about a month. The time varies depending on the condition of the foundation and the work content, so we will inform you of the official construction period when we give you an estimate after the site inspection. In addition, we will submit a schedule before construction begins, so you can check it.
Q. Is there an optimal time for construction?
We recommend spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November). Paint dries slowly in winter and the rainy season, so the construction period may be extended. However, this does not mean that painting is impossible. Please rest assured that we accept construction work all year round. We will decide the construction period according to the customer's request.
Q. Is it okay to be away during construction?
The work will be carried out outside, so there is no problem even if you are not at home. However, please note that we may ask you to cooperate with the "electricity" and "water" necessary for the work.
Q. Can I hang out laundry?
We will set up scaffolding around your house and lay mesh sheets over it during construction, so please assume that it will be difficult to dry your clothes.
Q. Can I open the window?
During construction, we will cover the area with vinyl to prevent paint from getting on areas other than the necessary areas. Since we will also be covering the windows, they will generally not be able to be opened. However, depending on the process, we may be able to remove some of them, so if you need to open them, please consult with our craftsmen.
Q. Do you go around and say hello to your neighbors?
The cooling off period allows you to cancel the contract within eight days of signing the contract. If you cancel within those eight days, you can do so even if construction has already started.
About after-sales service
Q. Is there a warranty after the work is done?
Of course we do. We offer a maximum 10-year warranty and can also issue a warranty card.
Q. What to do if something goes wrong after renovation?
There may be some defects or imperfections that you find in the course of daily life. If that happens, please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible. If the defect occurred during construction or is within the warranty, we may be able to fix it free of charge.
